Booking
Do you book the campsite for us?
No. You choose the RV park or campground and reserve a site that fits a travel trailer and has at least 30-amp power. Then book your trailer with us for the same dates. Our delivery areas page lists the parks we already deliver to.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You have a booking once your payment is made and you receive a reservation number from our booking system.
When are the rental charges and damage deposit due?
Full payment is due when you book, paid securely through PayPal at the end of the booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. The $500 damage deposit is a separate hold on your credit card, released within 3 days of pickup.
What if my park isn’t on your list?
Call us at 250-585-2501 before you book. We deliver to most parks on Vancouver Island, but we need to approve the location first.
Can I rent in the winter?
Winter rentals are by special request and depend on the weather and safe road conditions. Call us to talk it through.
Are taxes included in the rates?
No. Rates are before tax: 5% GST and 8% PST on nightly rates, and 5% GST on the $159 delivery fee.
Delivery and your stay
What time will the trailer arrive?
Between 1:00pm and 5:00pm. Most parks don’t allow check-in before 1:00pm. We’ll call your cell to set a time.
Can I tow the trailer myself?
No. None of our trailers are for self-tow. We deliver, level, hook up and pick up every unit.
What time do we have to be out?
Check-out is 10:00am. Leave the trailer clean and empty by then. There’s a $100 charge if it isn’t ready when we arrive.
How far does the power cord reach?
About 50 feet with the extension we supply.
Does the trailer have air conditioning?
Yes, every unit does. Your site needs at least 30-amp power to run it.
Is propane supplied?
Yes. Each trailer has two 30 lb propane tanks, and you don’t need to return them full.
Can you supply TV cable?
Yes. If your site has cable hookups, tell us when you book and we’ll bring a cable.
Is there Wi-Fi in the trailers?
No, the trailers don’t have Wi-Fi. Many parks offer it to campers, so check with yours.
Tanks, gear and deposits
How long do the holding tanks last?
For a family of four, about four days with moderate use.
My site has no sewer hookup. What happens when the tank is full?
You arrange the pump-out. Campgrounds keep a list of companies that will come to your site.
Do you supply barbecues?
No, bring your own or use the park’s fire pits where allowed.
When do I get my damage deposit back?
The $500 hold is released within 3 days of our inspection after pickup. How fast it shows depends on your card company.
Are pets allowed?
No. To keep the trailers allergy-friendly for every family, pets aren’t permitted.
